Please upload clear photos of the following:

  • Outer packaging - Visible Damage

  • Shipping label attached to the package

  • Close-up of the damaged / defective area

  • Full image of the entire product

  • Interior packaging (foam, box inserts, etc.)

  • Multiple angles of the damage for clarity

Additional photos or supporting documentation may be included if helpful. Our team will review your claim within 7–10 business days and may contact you if more information is needed. Possible resolutions include a replacement, account credit, or further instructions.
